Meal Ideas
So step one should produce progesterone if you pair a cholesterol rich food and an enzyme rich food. Off the top of my head, that should include these meals:
1. Bacon and/or eggs for cholesterol.
Toast with honey for the enzymes.
2. Schnitzel which is made from pork for the cholesterol. Sauerkraut for the enzymes.
3. A fatty fish for the cholesterol.
Mango-papaya salsa for the enzymes.
