Brains

At such times, like when he was eight years old, I don't bother to argue with him. My standard reply to that these days is "I'm not discussing this further with you until we get some steak into you." as that is a good source of B vitamins that he tolerates well and is happy to eat and it generally fixes him right up.

My personal opinion is that most likely people with high IQs are probably generally in need of better nutrition for their brains -- especially B vitamins, which are water soluble, so very easy to become deficient in -- and this would resolve or mitigate the high levels of ADHD, ASD, OCD et al seen in this population.

AND the brain builds 95 percent of its cholesterol in house starting with B5.

AND the brain is the highest cholesterol organ in the body.

All the hormones I'm studying, including vitamin D, start with cholesterol and we vilify cholesterol and we say avoid it.

Vegan or vegetarian diets shouldn't have a hard time getting enough protein if you do your due diligence and actually READ existing literature on protein combining or simply stick with traditional vegetarian dishes which typically have the right ratio of grains to legumes or similar, but people following such diets may struggle to get enough B vitamins and I so far cannot find vegan sources of cholesterol, which means you need extra B5 to build it in house.

Most likely, the brain is a high cholesterol organ because it serves as "insulation" to regulate electrical activity in the brain. It is similar to the rubbery coating we put on all electrical wiring.

The heart is the strongest electrical impulse in the human body and iron is a low conductor of electricity as metals go, which helps stabilize electrical current in the iron-rich blood. Copper is more conductive than iron and plays an important role in human red blood cells.

These are potential avenues of investigation for anyone trying to understand brain issues of any sort.
