Minor Medical Stuff
I've seen several discussions where someone was going on about wanting a nose job or hair removal procedures "before" HRT for one reason or another and still in the "questioning" stage.
Dude/dudette/whatever friendly descriptor: You are way overcomplicating it. People get nose jobs having NOTHING to do with gender identity.
AND my understanding is Muslims, regardless of gender, remove most or all body hair. And I believe I have a trypanosoma infection brought back from Saudi Arabia and it gets into hair as does a few other things.
If being trans is actually a sex hormone syndrome that impairs immune function like I believe, then body hair may be making you crazy because it's actually problematic for health reasons. It may be harboring infection, not merely triggering a mental or emotional thing.
If you are not in a position to pursue HRT and you want a nose job or hair removal or something else relatively small like that and have the means to arrange it, I say go for it and stop connecting it to gender identity and HRT and SRS and blah blah blah blah blah.
