It's Magic
Discussion of HRT and weight loss
Hormones can significantly impact weight. I gained fifty pounds after being put on hormonal birth control.
Before that, I was chronically underweight which is typical of my condition. I also gained weight on steroids years later and when I slimmed down, I had jugs for the first time in my life.
For me, that weight gain was mostly positive, health wise.
So I think this probably fits with and supports my hypothesis that being trans is a medical condition involving some kind of sex hormone syndrome and I will suggest if the OP isn't quite seeing what they hoped for, they might need to tweak their HRT a bit.
How? No clue. Maybe add progesterone if they are doing Monotherapy?
It's the precursor to BOTH estrogen AND testosterone AND estrogen is made in multiple tissues, not just the ovaries.
