Hormones and medical risks

Yes, I will probably regret replying and probably should have put that wall of text here, not there, so something else has occurred to me and I'm not going to add it to that comment.

Cis women take hormonal birth control knowing it has various health risks associated with it and cis women and all of society are cool with that because random babies whose father is unknown and who can't get the financial support they need are a giant problem for everyone, not just mom, AND because risk of being permanently maimed by pregnancy or killed outweighs all the risks of being royally jacked up by hormones.

And I'm really not seeing evidence that medical professionals KNOW or even CARE what not getting hormones does to trans people.

I will add that my hypothesis is that taking hormones boosts your immune function and so painful nipples MAY imply local infection dying. I've commented on that previously on this site.
