I don't think that's "normal." Maybe they mean "Is it normal for closeted trans people?" AKA "Is this dysphoria?"

My hypothesis is that trans people have sex hormone syndromes and it's thus a medical issue.

I sometimes can't quite relate to reality or tell what's real and what isn't for MEDICAL reasons.

This looks to me like more evidence of my hypothesis.
