Goal: HRT without needles
It seems like it would be helpful to have non injection HRT options. Some people have trouble getting needles. Some people don't cope well with needles. Needles are tough to keep adequately clean. The DIY HRT crowd likely should try to find transdermal, sublingual or similar options rather than trying to replicate medical solutions to their issues.
I have a very serious medical condition. I've had to sterilize medical things, not needles but stuff potentially more problematic like nebulizers. Life improved dramatically once I found ways to manage my health without medical devices requiring sterilization.
