Fingernails

There's three links to photos of my fingernails on a different site in this previous post.

I'm trying to mostly show the underside of my nails in these photos. They look grey, like they are dirty, and the thumbnail is visibly coming apart.

To be clear, the greyish appearance under some nails is the same thing as the thumbnail visibly separating underneath, it's just more obvious on the thumb because it's like a later stage of the same process. One nail is broken and multiple others have smaller separated bits, the photos just don't really capture it.

My belief as outlined on a different site of mine is that trypanosoma  -- a parasitic infection also called Chagas disease in South America, African sleeping sickness or kissing bug disease in the US -- is under diagnosed.

My hypothesis for this site is that sex hormone syndromes that fall under the trans umbrella impair immune function and this is a significant part of why trans people feel compelled to get hormones even though the entire world hates on them for it.

IF both of those hypotheses are correct, THEN what you should see is that a surprisingly high percentage of trans people who start hormones will experience die off symptoms for trypanosoma, one of which is a sense of hopelessness or pointlessness.

But the most visible indicator of trypanosoma die off is the way it screws up fingernails because they favor cartilage and similar tissues and fingernails are essentially the same material as cartilage.

So theoretically IF a substantial percentage of trans people are seeing fingernail issues similar to the photos I've posted across these two sites and four posts AFTER starting HRT, THEN you potentially can TEST for trypanosoma to PROVE that's what they are infected with and establish evidence of BOTH an under recognized trypanosoma epidemic AND supporting evidence for the idea that a sex hormone syndrome under the trans umbrella impairs the immune system and giving HRT boosts the immune system, thus HRT is medically necessary for these people.
