Anemia
Told low testosterone causing lack of energy
It could be anemia if that wasn't tested for. I know nothing about what low testosterone does, but anemia is a typical cause of low energy having nothing to do with hormones.
It should be ruled out before you mess with more dangerous stuff like hormones.
B vitamin deficiency can cause anemia. B vitamins are also involved in production of cholesterol which is a precursor for both testosterone and estrogen.
B vitamins are water soluble and get sweated out. Global warming is causing more heat waves.
So this may point more generally to a B vitamin deficiency as an underlying issue for hormonal insufficiency and anemia.
